story
Before Bin Yaqoob Group began building communities, it spent years understanding the foundation of every development: the land itself. Our journey started with acquiring land for major corporations and housing projects, building deep experience in location, development potential, and long-term value. More than 20 years later, that experience has grown into a bigger vision. Today, Bin Yaqoob Group is bringing internationally informed community planning to prime locations across Islamabad—creating connected places where businesses can grow, families can belong, and value can endure.

Our journey
Bin Yaqoob Group began its development journey with a focus on acquiring land and creating places for residential and commercial use.
The Group developed Salam Tower in Faisal Town. The presentation records its completion in December 2023.
A completed residential project in Islamabad’s F-7 sector marked another part of the Group’s work in homes designed for everyday living.
The Group developed Bin Yaqoob Arcade in Faisal Town. In 2026, retail shop owners received their keys—a milestone in the project’s journey.
Bin Yaqoob Group began its next development chapter with West Business Square, a 120-kanal mixed-use community in CDA Sector F-17, Islamabad. Positioned along Main Fateh Jang Road, the development sits within an established commercial corridor serving Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with access to wider national trade routes extending towards Karachi and Gwadar. Planned for business, residential living and everyday activity, it is envisioned as a connected destination for the region’s next phase of growth.
