The
project
Salam Tower sits on the eastern approach into the capital, where the expressway widens and the Margalla line drops out of view. Eighteen floors of leasable office space rise from a retail podium, with serviced apartments taking the upper five levels and their own lift core.
The tower is planned on a 9.1-metre structural grid, which lets a single floor plate be split into as many as six tenancies or held whole. Glazing is a unitised system with bronze-anodised mullions; the podium is clad in load-bearing sandstone quarried near Attock.

Structure is now at level 9 of 18. Core walls have been slipped two floors ahead of the slab cycle.
Facade mock-up approved
A full-height unitised panel was tested on site for water penetration and thermal movement.
Basement raft complete
All three basement levels are out of the ground and waterproofing is signed off.
