The West Business Square brings realtors and investors together for project briefing and site visit

The West Business Square brings realtors and investors together for project briefing and site visit

Realtors and investors joined Bin Yaqoob Group for a project briefing led by CEO Umar Khan, followed by a site visit and high tea at The West Business Square.

The most useful conversations about a development happen when the people considering it can ask questions, examine the plan and see the location for themselves. Bin Yaqoob Group brought those elements together at an exclusive Meet & Greet for realtors and investors connected to The West Business Square.

The gathering was built around the project, not simply its presentation. CEO Umar Khan walked attendees through the vision for The West Business Square, its strategic context and the direction of the work ahead. Participants had the opportunity to discuss the idea behind the development, what makes the location significant and how the project may evolve as planning progresses.

An on-site visit followed the briefing. Standing at the location changes the conversation: access becomes something to observe, the surrounding area becomes easier to understand, and questions become more specific. The visit gave attendees a direct point of reference for the project rather than asking them to rely only on drawings or visualisations.

High tea created space for further discussion among the Group’s leadership, realtors and investors. Those conversations are valuable because experienced market participants bring different questions to a proposed development. They ask how a place might be used, who it is intended to serve and what information will be needed before a serious decision can be made. Listening to those perspectives is part of shaping a stronger project brief.

The West Business Square is a current development focus for Bin Yaqoob Group in Islamabad’s F-16 area. Its planned direction brings commercial, residential and lifestyle uses into a wider development vision. Specific components, areas, approvals and launch terms should be assessed through the final project documents as the plan advances. The Group presented the project as work in progress, with the briefing and site visit intended to build understanding rather than replace that formal information.

The session also reflected the leadership’s involvement in the project. Strategic choices about location, design and delivery begin well before construction produces a visible skyline. By discussing those choices directly with people who know the market, the Group can test its assumptions and communicate its intentions more clearly.

The Meet & Greet closed with a clearer shared picture of The West Business Square and the questions that will guide its next stage. Bin Yaqoob Group will continue to share confirmed project information and visual material as the development moves forward.

For realtors, the value of a briefing lies in what they can explain accurately to the people who approach them afterwards. For investors, it lies in knowing which details are established and which remain under development. Bringing those perspectives into one room helped turn broad interest into more useful questions for the project team, without asking anyone to treat an early concept as a final commitment.
